We are representing a confidential Voice AI technology company seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing revenue organization. This is a remote opportunity based in the USA for professionals ready to launch or advance their sales career in a fast-moving technical environment.
Our client operates at the pace of AI innovation—change is constant, and you'll be expected to adopt new tools, experiment with emerging technologies, and integrate AI into your daily workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapid-evolution environments and is uncomfortable with the status quo.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partnerships, account executives, and fellow SDRs to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Drive quarterly sales targets by creating qualified opportunities with CTOs, VPs of Product, and C-level executives
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Sales Engineers to optimize sales effectiveness and conversion rates
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs in speech recognition and AI voice technology to articulate compelling value propositions
- Research target companies to identify new use cases and market opportunities for voice AI solutions
- Manage complex outreach schedules and maintain high-frequency touchpoints with prospects
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS environments
- Previous sales experience selling technical products or solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- High empathy and natural ability to understand and address customer needs
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple outreach campaigns and prospect touchpoints simultaneously
- Comfort with AI tools and willingness to actively experiment with new technologies in your workflow
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience prospecting companies that match ideal customer profiles and researching their business challenges
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and their market applications
