Partner Success Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurtech organization seeking a Partner Success Manager to join their growing team in the USA. In this role, you will develop and execute growth strategies for an assigned portfolio of strategic partnerships, working to strengthen relationships and drive mutually beneficial revenue outcomes.

This position sits within the Partner Services function and requires close collaboration across marketing, product, customer service, sales, and engineering teams to ensure partner success. You'll work with both enterprise-level and emerging partnerships, leveraging your industry expertise to optimize performance and foster long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives
• Develop long-term strategies and workflows to drive product adoption across your partnership portfolio
• Manage partner expectations proactively, addressing concerns and transforming obstacles into consultative opportunities
• Analyze partnership performance data to extract actionable insights that drive growth
• Provide regular reporting and performance updates to internal leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure consistent partnership performance
• Identify risks within the partnership ecosystem and drive accountability across teams
• Streamline partner interactions through process improvements and standardization of tools and templates
• Maintain current product knowledge to effectively brief partners on updates and changes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise partnership or alliance management experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives with strong understanding of enterprise decision-making processes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Metabase)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to contribute to a growing organization
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (this position does not offer sponsorship)
