About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential autism services organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver telehealth-based clinical oversight for in-home ABA programs in the Tucson area. This remote role allows you to maintain clinical impact while working from home, supporting families and behavior technicians through virtual platforms.
This position requires periodic travel to the Tucson market, with all travel expenses covered by our client.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Deliver remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians working in family homes
- Develop and implement individualized, assent-based behavior intervention plans following ABA principles
- Conduct virtual family training sessions to ensure consistency and reinforce behavioral strategies
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience with telehealth service delivery models preferred
- Strong knowledge of Practical Functional Assessment and skills-based treatment approaches
- Proficiency with clinical documentation platforms and remote supervision tools
- Excellent communication skills for virtual family coaching and technician supervision
- Ability to manage caseloads independently while working remotely
- Commitment to assent-based, compassionate care practices
- Willingness to travel periodically to the Tucson area as needed

Compensation
Our client offers base compensation up to $105,000 based on experience, plus signing bonus and monthly performance incentives averaging $1,000 or more. Benefits include CEU stipends, paid professional development days, mileage reimbursement or company vehicle, comprehensive health benefits, and annual vacation incentives.
