About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI consulting organization in the DACH region. They're seeking a Working Student to provide technical support for AI and LLM applications deployed in client environments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with production AI systems while supporting end users and contributing to knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LLM and AI applications across client projects
- Handle L1 and L2 support requests from users with technical questions
- Analyze technical issues systematically, identify root causes, and resolve independently when possible
- Escalate complex cases to senior technical experts with clear documentation
- Communicate professionally with users in both German and English
- Document recurring questions and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base
- Contribute insights from daily support activities to improve processes and AI support tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand production AI solution deployments
- Support an initial client project with opportunity to expand to additional engagements
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable degree program
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using digital applications and technical tools
- Genuine interest in LLMs and modern AI applications with practical experience using relevant tools
- Systematic approach to troubleshooting technical problems
- Strong hands-on mentality with pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Service-oriented communication style that adapts to different user types
- Reliable, thorough, and structured work approach
- Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining organization
- Very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level in both)
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms is beneficial but not required

Location & Work Arrangement
