Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is expanding its AI-powered investment platform across multiple markets. Our talent team is searching for an experienced Product Lead to own critical product areas within their stockbroking technology. This is a remote role based in Germany, and candidates must already be located in Germany to be considered.

This position is ideal for builders who can translate complex user needs into elegant product solutions, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ship features that drive measurable business impact. You'll have real ownership over product direction, from defining problems through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas within AI-driven investment and financial services platforms
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Transform complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and lead iterative enhancements based on real-world usage
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance requirements, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or similar product-focused role
• Strong product intuition with demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and workflows
• Track record of partnering effectively with engineers and designers to ship real products to market
• Comfort working with metrics, experiments, user feedback, and post-launch analysis
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management abilities
• High degree of ownership and ability to drive work forward with minimal supervision
• Experience in fintech, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth product environments is strongly preferred
• Must be based in Germany and authorized to work in Germany
• Strong English communication skills required for collaboration with global teams
