Social Media Manager & Content Creator (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Montabaur that manages social media presence for multiple brands and clients. Our talent team is seeking a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator who thrives both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.

This is not a desk-only role. You'll develop content concepts, produce Reels, TikToks, and Stories, and regularly appear on camera yourself. We need someone who understands social media trends and enjoys creating authentic content from ideation through publication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across various brands and client portfolios
• Develop creative content ideas and innovative formats for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Independently produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, and user-generated content (UGC)
• Appear regularly on camera as part of content creation
• Plan and organize content calendars and editorial schedules
• Publish and maintain posts and Stories across platforms
• Handle community management, including responding to comments and direct messages
• Actively engage with communities and foster audience relationships
• Identify and implement current trends, sounds, and emerging formats
• Support creator and influencer collaboration initiatives
• Coordinate and participate in photoshoots, events, and content production sessions
• Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize account strategies

What We're Looking For

Essential requirement: You must be comfortable and enthusiastic about appearing on camera and producing content as a regular part of this position.

Core qualifications:

• Passion for social media with deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Confidence and authenticity on camera
• Strong instinct for trends, aesthetics, brand voice, and target audiences
• Ability to independently develop and execute creative concepts
• Understanding of UGC-style and authentic content creation
• Self-directed, organized, and reliable work approach
• Capability to coordinate multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and language proficiency in German
• Openness to experimenting with new formats and rapid execution

Preferred but not required: Professional experience in social media management, content creation, or as a UGC creator; familiarity with video editing and standard content creation tools.
