Group HR Generalist 40-60% (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential trading organization in the DACH region, seeking a Group HR Generalist to support approximately 60 employees across multiple locations. This is a part-time position (40-60%) based in Weil am Rhein.

In this role, you will:

• Manage HR administration across the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
• Prepare employment contracts, contract modifications, references, and other HR documentation
• Maintain personnel master data and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate personnel matters with external partners including payroll service providers, insurance carriers, and specialist consultants
• Generate HR reports and support the organization of internal employee events
• Contribute to HR projects with a focus on digitalization and process automation

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in HR with solid expertise in personnel administration
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and social insurance regulations; experience with Swiss or Austrian employment law is advantageous
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high degree of discretion and service orientation
• Excellent German language skills; proficiency in English and French is a plus
• Confident use of MS Office applications and enthusiasm for digital working methods
