Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential family-owned organization in Meinerzhagen seeking a Commercial Administrator with accounting focus. In this varied role, you will combine financial accounting, HR administration, and operational support. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing payment transactions, liquidity planning, and cash management
• Reconciling open items and processing dunning procedures
• Reviewing travel expense reports and maintaining fixed asset accounting
• Contributing to monthly financial statements and VAT reporting
• Supporting year-end closing preparation
• Communicating with banks, insurance providers, and external tax advisors
• Processing insurance contracts, documenting and tracking claims
• Maintaining digital personnel files and managing time tracking systems
• Preparing payroll-relevant employee data
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing employment references
• Organizing and preparing meetings and appointments
• Compiling statistics, key performance indicators, and internal reports
• Maintaining master data and handling general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

You hold a completed commercial qualification in areas such as industrial, office, or tax administration, with at least three years of professional experience in comparable roles.

Additionally, you bring:

• A structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility and numerical aptitude
• Organizational talent and enthusiasm for diverse tasks
• Reliable and discreet communication skills
• Ideally, knowledge of HR administration or preparatory payroll processing

Experience with SAP Business One or comparable ERP systems is helpful but not mandatory. Comprehensive onboarding will be provided.
