Responsibilities
We are representing a fast-growing PropTech organization based in Münster that is expanding its operations team. This role splits evenly between IT administration and revenue operations—50% building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that keeps the company secure and compliant, and 50% managing the CRM and automation systems that drive marketing, sales, and customer success.
IT Administration:
- Build and maintain the Apple device ecosystem from the ground up—enrollment, configuration profiles, and device management through Apple Business
- Establish and enforce a security baseline across all endpoints: encryption standards, update policies, and controlled device management with full documentation
- Own the complete hardware lifecycle and plan device procurement aligned with hiring needs
- Design and implement identity and access management—group-based permissions, complete offboarding processes, and SSO integration wherever supported
- Manage the SaaS landscape: licenses, roles, permissions, and tool governance
- Prepare security documentation for enterprise customers: control registers, security questionnaires, and compliance evidence
- Make risk decisions with business context and document processes in runbooks
Revenue Operations:
- Own and develop the HubSpot instance as the central revenue platform—pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and reporting
- Ensure clean data flows between sales, marketing, and customer success; serve as the source of truth for data quality
- Manage integrations actively across the stack, including CRM, prospecting tools, and product data connections
- Identify manual processes and systematically automate them
- Build automation for lead routing, scoring, and funnel handoffs
- Propose and implement new platform features and innovative approaches to the tool landscape
What We're Looking For
- At least three years of professional experience in IT administration, internal IT, system administration, RevOps, or sales operations—preferably in a growing B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem: macOS, iOS, Apple Business, MDM profiles, and terminal comfort
- Platform expertise in at least one of Google Workspace or HubSpot, with eagerness to master the other
- Understanding of identity and access concepts: SSO, SCIM, OAuth scopes, conditional access, and why group-based permissions outperform individual grants
- Comfort with APIs and scripting; able to recognize automation opportunities and implement them via workflow tools or code
- Data hygiene discipline and the ability to build dashboards that sales and leadership can trust
- Pragmatic risk assessment skills—able to justify which risks to accept and which to mitigate, and communicate constraints in ways colleagues support rather than circumvent
- Business mindset: genuine interest in understanding B2B sales processes and shaping the systems behind them
- Fluent German (minimum C1) and strong English (minimum B2)
Nice to have:
- Apple certifications (ACSP, ACiT) or equivalent platform expertise
- ISO 27001 certification knowledge
- HubSpot administration experience in a B2B SaaS context
