Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization expanding into digital health. As Marketing Product Manager, you will build this position from the ground up within an established framework:
- Launch Excellence: Own the complete go-to-market strategy for a digital health application launching in Q2. Plan sales targets, manage budgets, and define target audiences for market entry.
- Omnichannel Marketing: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Drive prescription adoption among specialist physicians while engaging patients directly through social media and app store marketing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing communications comply with German pharmaceutical advertising law (Heilmittelwerbegesetz). Collaborate closely with medical advisors to maintain compliant, innovative messaging.
- Product Positioning: Develop compelling positioning for a digital therapeutic addressing women's health, bridging the gap between diagnosis and treatment initiation.
What We're Looking For
- Scientific Foundation: Natural sciences degree or certified pharmaceutical sales representative status per §75 AMG (can be obtained on the job)
- Pharmaceutical Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical product management, ideally including successful product launches
- Digital Mindset: While prior digital health application experience is not required, you demonstrate digital fluency and may have marketed connected medical devices, smart medical technology, or software solutions
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations in Germany
- Launch Capability: Experience planning and executing market entry strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Women's Health Interest: Genuine interest in improving patient outcomes in gynecology and women's healthcare
