Wir vertreten eine etablierte Steuerberatungskanzlei in Rostock, die ein kaufmännisches Ausbildungsprogramm (Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement) anbietet. Aufgaben während der Ausbildung
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Mandanten und Behörden
- Organisation und Koordination im Front-Office-Bereich
- Begleitung von kaufmännischen Unternehmensprozessen und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche im Tagesgeschäft
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Statistiken
- Verwaltung von Terminkalendern, Vorbereitung von Geschäftsreisen und Meetings
- Unterstützung bei Gesprächen, Tagungen und Seminaren
