Cyber Security GTM Leader

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data platform organization seeking a Cyber Security GTM Leader to drive global go-to-market strategy and execution for their cybersecurity business vertical. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll accelerate revenue growth by building scalable field assets, designing enablement programs, and fostering strategic partnerships across the cybersecurity domain.

As the domain expert and business executive for cybersecurity use-cases, you'll set GTM vision, align cross-functional teams, and execute repeatable sales programs. You'll develop business plans that unite sales, vertical leaders, enablement, partner management, marketing, field engineering, and other key stakeholders. This role requires travel for conferences and internal meetings and reports to senior GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive, repeatable sales programs across multiple geographies and business units on a quarterly cadence
• Develop net-new GTM motions for horizontal security products targeted across all industry verticals
• Identify and foster AI-driven use cases on the platform, positioning the organization as a leader in data and AI for cybersecurity
• Identify operational gaps in the cybersecurity GTM motion using data-driven analysis and execute improvement plans
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to create strategic account-level plans
• Scale expertise across the GTM organization through enablement programs, repeatable assets, and clear strategic articulation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer security executives on security operations transformation and AI governance
• Partner with systems integrators to develop joint sales motions and strategic relationships
• Work with marketing to establish thought leadership through white-papers, conference representation, and cybersecurity events
• Design enablement programs that enhance field teams' ability to conduct executive security conversations, covering security operations, competitive landscape, AI security challenges, threats, regulations, and case studies
• Collaborate on tailored case studies, collateral, blogs, and demand generation campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience as a cybersecurity executive at a leading software company or consulting firm
• Proven sales program management skills with a track record of driving results
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change at scale with deep understanding of cybersecurity decision-making processes
• Builder mentality with proven experience using AI to automate and enhance GTM motions
• Strong executive presence with CISOs, IT leaders, and business executives; ability to cultivate C-level relationships
• Deep technical knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape with existing industry relationships
• Humility and strong people skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
