About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential gaming organization that is reimagining how online casino and sports betting products should work. Our client is building a platform focused on transparency, fair play, and genuine player experience—stripping away industry conventions that no longer serve users.

We're seeking a Product Owner who thrives in direct, no-bureaucracy environments and wants to shape the roadmap across casino, sportsbook, and game features. You'll work closely with engineering and design teams to transform vision into shipped features that demonstrably improve the player experience.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog across all platforms
• Translate product vision into actionable user stories and development tasks
• Monitor player engagement metrics and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities
• Gather and define both functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
• Drive product differentiation and growth through innovative feature development
• Collaborate directly with distributed engineering and design teams to ship features efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a product ownership or product management role
• Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams
• Experience managing products with distributed, remote-first development teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated prioritization judgment and ownership mindset
• Comfort operating in lean, fast-moving environments without heavy process layers
