Manager/ Sr. Manager – Data Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential advanced analytics organization in their search for a Manager or Senior Manager-level Data Product Manager. This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world.

Our client works with Fortune 100 companies to generate business value from data through deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI. They are seeking a strategic leader who can bridge business needs with scalable data solutions and drive measurable impact across enterprise data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs by working directly with stakeholders
• Develop end-to-end data solutions based on deep understanding of business challenges to ensure efficient, predictable delivery
• Manage analytics projects collaborating with globally distributed teams and client stakeholders
• Own end-to-end data and analytics delivery execution, including resource optimization and allocation
• Oversee the design and management of enterprise data foundations and business-ready data assets
• Drive coordination across domains, products, and projects to maximize reuse and minimize redundancy
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and develop operationalization plans
• Build data roadmaps supporting global data initiatives and ensure timely delivery against targets
• Ensure data cataloguing accessibility for business stakeholders
• Manage expectations and eliminate disconnects between technical and business teams

What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years of progressive experience across product management, data analytics, data science, and data management
• Minimum 7 years in Product roles or as a Data Product Manager/Senior Business Analyst with ownership of end-to-end data initiatives
• Proven experience owning the full lifecycle of data products from ideation through scaling and optimization
• Demonstrated experience leading data migration and modernization programs, particularly legacy to cloud-based architectures
• Advanced SQL proficiency with strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and analytics frameworks
• Hands-on experience with GCP preferred
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into structured epics, user stories, and technical documentation
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Data Engineers, Developers, and Analytics teams
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage VP-level stakeholders
• Track record identifying high-value analytics opportunities and defining measurable paths to value realization
• Experience driving solutions using advanced analytics, feature engineering, and machine learning techniques
• People leadership capabilities with experience building and mentoring multi-level teams
• Excellent communication skills able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent professional experience
