What You'll Do

• Provide responsive, age-appropriate care that supports the infant's emotional, social, and developmental needs
• Create and lead sensory activities, music, movement, and interactive play that encourage learning and engagement
• Manage daily routines including feeding, diaper changes, naps, and bedtime with consistent care and attention
• Facilitate outdoor play and walks, recognizing their importance for the child's well-being and sleep cycles
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment tailored to an infant's needs
• Communicate openly with parents about the child's progress, activities, mood, and any observations
• Remain flexible and proactive in responding to the child's changing needs and preferences throughout each day

• Reliable transportation and availability for consistent, full-time employment
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, or commitment to obtain it quickly
