About the Role
As Senior IT/OT Project Manager at Fusion Consulting, you will own the planning and execution of security segmentation and resilience programs that safeguard converged IT and OT environments. You will translate complex technical objectives into structured project roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep critical systems secure, available, and audit-ready throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery of IT/OT security segmentation and resilience projects, from scoping through go-live.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers, reporting progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with engineering, security, and operations teams to design and implement network segmentation that hardens OT environments.
- Identify and mitigate risks to system availability, continuity, and compliance across connected industrial and enterprise systems.
- Facilitate onsite collaboration in Portsmouth, NH three days per week, aligning vendors, internal teams, and client representatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing IT and/or OT infrastructure or security projects in a senior capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of network security, segmentation principles, and operational resilience practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and manage scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with comfort working onsite in Portsmouth, NH for part of each week.
- Availability for a full-time, onsite-hybrid engagement based in North Hampton, Rockingham County.
