About the Role

As a Legal Assistant with WARRIOR LAW GROUP PLLC, you will be the administrative backbone of our Fort Lauderdale practice. Working alongside attorneys and staff, you will manage case documentation, coordinate with medical providers, and ensure that every file is complete, current, and properly maintained from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and follow up on medical records, medical bills, and radiology images from healthcare facilities
• Prepare closing statements for client matters
• Scan, organize, and file documents accurately to maintain orderly case files
• Draft concise correspondence to clients and medical facilities
• Schedule hearings and coordinate calendar deadlines
• Send, receive, and process physical mail

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Clear, professional written communication for drafting client and provider letters
• Comfort handling sensitive documents and confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Reliability for full-time, on-site work in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County
