Senior Project Manager, Clinical Operations

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, Clinical Operations at Bicara Therapeutics, you will serve as a central coordination point for clinical programs in our Boston, Suffolk County office. This is a deeply cross-functional position that calls for confident collaboration with colleagues across the organization as well as outside partners, keeping complex clinical initiatives aligned, on schedule, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver project management expertise and dependable operational support across clinical operations activities.
• Partner closely with the Clinical Operations Team to build and maintain integrated project plans.
• Coordinate the flow of information and deliverables among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and milestones to help keep programs progressing smoothly.
• Provide leadership and structure that strengthens day-to-day team execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within clinical operations or a related life sciences setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and manage integrated plans.
• Comfort operating in a highly cross-functional environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented working style.
• Willingness to work on-site in Boston, Suffolk County, as this is not a remote position.
