Caregiver / Home Care Aide

Home Instead is recruiting full-time Caregivers and Home Care Aides to support seniors' independence and wellbeing in Seabrook, Rockingham County. About the Role

As a Caregiver and Home Care Aide with Home Instead, you'll travel to seniors' homes to deliver hands-on personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and supportive companionship. This in-home care work helps clients maintain independence and dignity in their own familiar environments. The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling between client homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting support
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• Offer attentive companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as part of care plans
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with care coordinators
• Travel to multiple client homes during assigned shifts
• Uphold confidentiality and person-centered care standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior caregiving, home health care, or healthcare experience
• Current, valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle
• Flexibility to work full-time with a varied daily schedule
• Genuine compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal abilities
• Physical capacity to assist seniors with personal care and mobility
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions and maintain professional boundaries
