What This Role Involves

As Senior Preconstruction Manager for electrical construction, you'll serve as a critical link between our sales and field operations teams. You'll conduct detailed project evaluations, prepare comprehensive bid packages, and develop the foundational strategies that set every electrical construction project up for on-time, on-budget delivery. Your work spans from initial site assessment through detailed construction planning, ensuring feasibility, safety compliance, and optimal resource allocation from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications, site conditions, and electrical system requirements to assess scope and construction complexity
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, labor schedules, and resource plans for electrical construction work
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to develop realistic timelines and project budgets
