As a Vendor Managed Inventory Team Lead at Rosendin, you'll lead a team managing inventory processes and vendor coordination. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations on some of the nation's most impactful electrical construction and industrial projects. You'll combine hands-on expertise with team leadership to drive efficiency and maintain vendor partnerships that keep projects on track.

What You'll Do

• Direct a team responsible for vendor-managed inventory operations and vendor communications
• Oversee inventory tracking, organization, and allocation to align with project schedules
• Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships, managing deliveries and quality standards
• Monitor inventory metrics and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly
• Coach and develop team members in inventory systems, vendor protocols, and industry best practices
• Coordinate planning and execution of inventory operations across multiple projects
