About the Role

As a Senior Estimator with Rosendin in Gallatin, Sumner County, you will own the cost-estimating process for complex electrical construction work. You'll partner with project teams, clients, and leadership to deliver accurate, competitive bids that win business and set projects up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scope documents to identify requirements and potential risks.
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align estimates with execution plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing.
• Mentor and guide junior estimating staff, sharing best practices and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an estimator within the electrical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and cost-estimating principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
