HSE Manager II

What This Role Involves

As an HSE Manager II at Rosendin, you'll take ownership of comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies that keep our teams safe while ensuring regulatory compliance. Your work directly impacts the well-being of employees and the success of our projects across El Paso and beyond.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses across job sites and facilities
• Lead safety training programs, toolbox talks, and employee education initiatives
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, implement corrective actions, and document lessons learned
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and site teams to embed safety into daily work
• Manage safety documentation, records, and reporting
• Audit and monitor safety performance metrics and KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an HSE management role or comparable position
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to influence and lead across organizational levels
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency with safety management systems and documentation tools
• Professional certifications (such as CSP, CHCM, or OHST) a plus
