About This Position

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers that meet Rosendin's quality and cost standards
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, manage order fulfillment, and resolve delivery and quality issues
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure competitive terms while maintaining long-term supplier relationships
• Monitor procurement spending and identify cost-reduction opportunities across departments
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations
• Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to understand material needs and timelines

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier partnerships
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications; ERP or supply chain software experience is valued
