About This Position

As an Assistant Property Manager with Cottonwood Residential, you'll play a hands-on role in the daily operations of our residential community. You'll work alongside our leasing and management team to ensure smooth daily activities, strong resident relationships, and seamless property administration. This position offers the opportunity to grow your property management career in a supportive environment while making a direct impact on our residents' experience.

Core Duties

• Assist with lease preparation, review, and resident onboarding
• Support rent collection and payment processing activities
• Respond to resident inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on work orders and service requests
• Help manage tenant files and maintain accurate community records
• Assist with leasing activities, including showing units and qualifying prospective residents
• Support property management team with administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements

• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial record-keeping
• Professional demeanor and commitment to resident service excellence
