The Associate Clinical Research Coordinator position is central to the success of clinical research within our Neurosciences Clinical Trials Unit. This role combines hands-on research work with administrative excellence, requiring both attention to detail and genuine commitment to advancing medical science.

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute clinical research protocols and study procedures according to regulatory standards and institutional guidelines
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll research participants, ensuring informed consent and eligibility requirements are met
  • Schedule and conduct study visits, manage participant data, and maintain accurate research records
  • Collect, compile, organize, and report research data for a variety of ongoing studies
  • Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations to the research team and IRB as required
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with institutional review board (IRB) requirements
  • Communicate regularly with participants, study coordinators, and clinical research staff to ensure smooth study operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science, health science, or related field
  • Previous experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or a healthcare setting (internship or volunteer experience acceptable)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team
