Senior Associate Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management

UNC-Chapel Hill seeks a visionary leader to serve as Senior Associate Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management, leading Carolina's enrollment strategy and student access initiatives from Chapel Hill. This full-time position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Student Success and represents the university's chief enrollment officer role.

About the Role

As Senior Associate Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management, you will lead a comprehensive portfolio spanning undergraduate admissions, scholarship administration, and student access. You'll develop and execute enrollment strategies that advance the university's mission while ensuring diverse student access to a Carolina education. This leadership position shapes enrollment policy, manages key student-facing functions, and partners with academic and administrative leaders across campus.

What You'll Do

• Direct strategic planning and execution of undergraduate admissions, recruitment, and enrollment operations
• Oversee scholarship and financial aid strategies to support student access and affordability
• Build and mentor a team managing admissions, enrollment communications, and student success programming
• Develop enrollment analytics and data-driven decision-making processes
• Partner with schools and academic departments to align enrollment goals with academic excellence
• Represent the university to prospective students, families, and education professionals
• Report to the Vice Chancellor for Student Success on enrollment trends, outcomes, and institutional impact
