Accenture's Life Sciences MedTech Commercial division is seeking a Senior Manager based in Bentonville, Benton County to lead transformative commercialization consulting engagements. Position Summary
As a Senior Manager in our Life Sciences MedTech Commercial practice, you'll drive strategic consulting for pharmaceutical and medical device clients navigating complex market entry, product launches, and commercial transformation initiatives. You'll combine deep industry insight with design thinking and business strategy to help clients capitalize on scientific advances and digital innovation. This is a leadership role requiring both hands-on expertise and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through sophisticated commercialization challenges.
Core Duties
- Lead and deliver end-to-end consulting engagements focused on commercial strategy, market entry, and product launches for life sciences clients
- Direct multidisciplinary teams to develop insights, go-to-market strategies, and implementation roadmaps for pharmaceutical and medical technology organizations
- Synthesize market data, competitive intelligence, and regulatory landscape analysis to inform client decision-making and strategy
- Drive business development and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at life sciences and healthcare companies
- Mentor consulting staff and oversee quality delivery across engagements
- Collaborate across Accenture service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients managing digital transformation and commercial evolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, economics, healthcare administration, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant consulting, strategy, or commercial operations experience in life sciences or medical device industries
- Demonstrated expertise in commercialization strategy, market entry planning, product launch, or related commercial disciplines
- Strong leadership experience managing consulting teams and complex client engagements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment
- Willingness to travel for client work as needed
