About the Role
As a Senior Manager within Accenture's Life Sciences MedTech Commercial practice, you will partner with leading clients to reimagine how they bring products to market. Drawing on design thinking, data-driven insight, and human creativity, you will guide organizations as they adapt commercialization strategies to capitalize on breakthroughs in science and the growing wave of digital innovation across the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise medical technology and life sciences clients on commercial strategy, market access, and go-to-market transformation
- Translate emerging scientific advances and digital solutions into practical, revenue-generating opportunities
- Apply design thinking and analytical insight to solve complex commercial challenges
- Lead engagement teams, shape client relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Contribute to the continued growth of Accenture's MedTech Commercial capabilities
Qualifications
- Significant management consulting experience, ideally within life sciences or medical technology
- Proven expertise in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, or market access for the MedTech sector
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams and senior client stakeholders
- Ability to combine analytical rigor with creative, design-led problem solving
- Willingness to work on-site in Philadelphia County
