Oral Surgeon needed in Kenosha, WI – $1M Earning Potential Benefits

HealthPlus Staffing is hiring an experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to take over a thriving, well-established practice in Kenosha, WI, with realistic earning potential of up to $1M. This is a rare full-time opportunity to step into an existing patient base as the current surgeon transitions into retirement.

About the Role

As the Oral Surgeon joining HealthPlus Staffing's partner practice in Kenosha, WI, you will inherit a mature, fully operational oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. The position is full-time at 36 hours per week, structured across a flexible four- or five-day work week, and offers a base compensation of $500K plus performance incentives that bring total earning potential to approximately $1M. A full benefits package is also available and will be detailed during the hiring conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat conditions, injuries, and defects affecting the mouth, jaw, teeth, and facial structures.
• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implant placement, and corrective surgery.
• Manage and grow the relationships within the established patient base inherited from the retiring surgeon.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options and outcomes to patients.
• Collaborate with practice staff to maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree with completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Active or eligible licensure to practice as an Oral Surgeon in the state of Wisconsin.
• Proven surgical experience and the clinical confidence to lead an established practice from day one.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
