About the Role
As a Physician with HealthPlus Staffing, you will deliver frontline urgent care to patients across a high-volume, well-established clinic network in Philadelphia. The schedule is structured for predictability and work-life balance, with 12 shifts per month — four of which fall on weekends. Weekday coverage runs 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while weekend shifts run 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is targeted to begin by the end of June, and credentialing can be expedited to help you start sooner.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and episodic conditions in an urgent care setting
- Provide quality, patient-centered care across weekday and weekend shifts
- Cover 12 monthly shifts, including four weekend rotations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and a high standard of care
Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- General Practitioners (GPs) are also welcome to apply
- Eligible to practice as a Physician in Pennsylvania
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Roxborough, Philadelphia
