Position Summary

As Brokerage Services Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational backbone for our commercial real estate capital markets group. You'll manage critical scheduling, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks while providing direct support to our team and clients. In this role, your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact our ability to execute transactions and deliver exceptional service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule logistics for brokers, traders, and senior staff
• Coordinate transaction logistics and support operational execution across multiple deals
• Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, client files, and operational records with precision
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners on administrative and client-facing matters
• Process administrative workflows including correspondence, scheduling, and reporting
• Maintain systems and databases to ensure accurate, current operational information across the team

Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and client interactions
