The Patient Services Representative I-II – Float Pool position is a full-time opportunity with the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. This float pool role supports patient-centered care across multiple outpatient locations, allowing you to bring consistency, reliability, and a caring approach to diverse patient populations in Broomfield, Louisville, and Longmont while remaining based in Aurora, Arapahoe County.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients, manage check-in and registration, and verify insurance information with accuracy and empathy
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize the patient experience and clinic efficiency
  • Answer phone inquiries, respond to administrative requests, and direct patients with professionalism and care
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and institutional policies
