Pierce Technology Corp is hiring a Project / Change Management professional to join our team in Dallas, Texas, United States. This is a full-time position ideal for an organized, detail-oriented leader ready to shepherd initiatives from planning through successful completion.

About This Position

As a Project / Change Management specialist, you will drive the successful delivery of projects and manage organizational change across our company. You'll work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, maintain timelines, track budgets, and ensure that change initiatives are communicated effectively and adopted smoothly. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance competing priorities while keeping teams focused on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and oversee projects from conception through closure, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitor progress against baselines, and report status to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead change management activities including impact analysis, stakeholder communication, training development, and adoption tracking
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Project management or change management experience, ideally with exposure to multiple methodologies
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across levels
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and adapt to shifting priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
