About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you'll provide hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities within their own homes and surrounding communities. This is a full-time position based in Medford Lakes, Burlington County, with cases located throughout New Jersey. ASG Home Care is a DDD-focused agency, so you'll be supporting individuals through programs administered by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in completing everyday tasks at home and out in the community.
- Encourage independence, skill-building, and community participation in a respectful, person-centered way.
- Provide reliable, consistent support during scheduled hours across local New Jersey cases.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dependable, supportive care team.
