B.A.H. Express Inc. is recruiting Class A CDL OTR drivers for full-time positions serving our 13-state network from our Clarkston, DeKalb County hub. This is an opportunity to build a sustainable career in long-haul trucking with predictable home time, no-touch freight, and an assigned truck.

About the Role

As an Over-The-Road driver, you'll operate a Class A commercial vehicle across our regional network while maintaining consistent, safe operations. You'll benefit from weekly home time, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while earning competitive mileage-based compensation. Our no-touch freight model means you won't be loading or unloading cargo — you focus entirely on safe, professional driving.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle across assigned multi-state routes
• Maintain DOT compliance and keep detailed logbooks
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule across our 13-state region
• Return home weekly for planned time off
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and maximize home time

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Current medical certification
• Clean driving record
• OTR experience preferred
• Professional commitment to on-time delivery and safe operations
• Ability to work full-time schedules with weekly home time

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive mileage-based pay with a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $1,300 (when you accept all planned loads, maintain on-time performance, and meet compliance standards). Our base rate is $0.65 per mile, with the opportunity to earn $0.70 per mile when you exceed 2,851 miles per week. In addition to predictable earnings, you'll receive an assigned truck you can depend on and consistent home weekly scheduling.
