The Opportunity

Drive for a respected regional carrier operating across 13 states, where your mileage and performance directly impact your earnings. This full-time Class A CDL driver position features no-touch freight assignments and assigned equipment designed for consistency and reliability. Your compensation begins at $0.65 per mile and increases to $0.70 per mile for every mile driven during weeks when you exceed 2,851 miles, rewarding efficiency without requiring additional effort. Backed by a $1,300 minimum weekly guarantee, you'll know exactly what to expect when you commit to all dispatched loads and maintain on-time arrivals. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safely operate your assigned Class A commercial vehicle across the company's multi-state network
• Execute no-touch freight loads according to dispatch schedules and delivery windows
• Maintain accurate logbooks, conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and comply with all DOT regulations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and support teams to ensure on-time performance and address any operational issues
• Uphold professional standards in vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and customer interaction

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Verifiable over-the-road driving experience
• Commitment to accepting all assigned loads and maintaining reliable, on-time performance
• Ability to meet company safety and reliability expectations
• Current DOT medical certification and willingness to pass comprehensive background screening
