Your Responsibilities

• Define and evolve content strategy frameworks that support product goals and user discovery
• Own the product roadmap for knowledge management features, tools, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to implement robust content systems
• Establish metrics and KPIs that measure content impact, engagement, and discoverability
• Research user needs and content consumption patterns to inform product decisions
• Create documentation, style guides, and workflows that maintain content quality and consistency
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce information silos and improve organizational knowledge sharing

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management, content strategy, or related experience
• Demonstrated ability to design and ship products with strong user-focused outcomes
• Deep understanding of content architecture, information design, or knowledge management principles
• Proficiency with analytics tools and comfort translating data into product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
