Role Overview

As Support Center Receptionist II at Bluegrass Care Navigators, you are the essential gateway through which all inbound communications reach our organization. Your role combines warm customer service, organizational efficiency, and professional communication to ensure every caller receives timely, accurate assistance. Working a four-day, 10-hour schedule (8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.) with rotating weekends, you'll provide continuity and consistency to our service delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, routing each inquiry to the appropriate department or team member
• Gather caller information accurately and document details in our systems for follow-up and record-keeping
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar, ensuring no requests fall through the cracks
• Respond to routine inquiries about services, hours, locations, and general procedures
• Maintain a pleasant, patient demeanor even during high-volume call periods
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve caller questions or escalate complex issues appropriately
