Your Responsibilities
- Answer guest calls and in-person requests with professionalism and warmth, taking accurate orders for room service, dining, and hotel services
- Manage order details meticulously, ensuring nothing is overlooked—from special requests to timing preferences
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to co-ordinate seamless order fulfilment
- Maintain organised records of guest requests and preferences to support personalised service delivery
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries about facilities, amenities, and services available at The St. Regis London
- Uphold discretion and confidentiality befitting a luxury property in Mayfair
- Support the pre-opening preparation and soft-opening phases as required
