Position Summary

As a Temporary Registrar at Premier High School, you will serve as a crucial link between students, families, and school operations. You'll manage student records, handle enrollment processes, and maintain the academic documentation systems that keep our school running smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving our student community with professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current student records, including enrollment information and personal data
• Process new student registrations and verify all required documentation
• Manage student schedules and respond to schedule change requests from families
• Generate and distribute transcripts, progress reports, and other student records as requested
• Track attendance records and support attendance reporting to school administration
• File and organize student documentation to ensure proper compliance with education records requirements
• Assist with grade reporting and ensure accurate entry of academic information
• Respond to parent and student inquiries regarding registration, records, and enrollment status

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or prior administrative experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive student information
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn school-specific software platforms
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a school administration team
• Reliability and professional demeanor in a student-centered environment
