Speech Language Pathologist

Responsive Education Solutions is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to serve students across its Founders Classical Academy campuses in the Frisco and Denton areas of Denton County, Texas — an in-person role where your clinical expertise will directly shape student success.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Responsive Education Solutions, you will design and deliver individualized speech-language services for K–12 students who present with a range of communication disorders. This position is divided between two campuses — Founders Classical Academy Frisco and Founders Classical Academy Denton — giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across both school communities while supporting students in reaching their full academic potential.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders that affect educational performance
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic intervention plans tailored to each student's IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services that reduce or eliminate communication barriers interfering with learning
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, administrators, and families to support whole-child development
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and IEP data in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations to the multidisciplinary team
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology and Texas Education Agency guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Experience or strong clinical interest in school-based settings and pediatric populations
• Solid understanding of IDEA, ARD processes, and IEP development under Texas Education Code
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to travel between the Frisco and Denton campuses as required by the position
