What This Role Involves
As a Sales Executive at Vital Consultoria, you'll own the complete relationship lifecycle with a designated client portfolio. Your focus will be maximizing client value, ensuring retention, and identifying expansion opportunities that align with each customer's evolving business needs.
Core Duties
- Oversee the overall health and performance of your assigned customer base
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption and long-term engagement
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance alignment meetings with key accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within your portfolio
- Proactively manage customer relationships to minimize churn and reduce cancellation risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales account management or customer success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Demonstrated success managing customer retention and revenue growth
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to relationship management
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese a plus
