Project Management Analyst 5 with Security Clearance

HII Mission Technologies is hiring a Project Management Analyst 5 to lead complex programs in Feed Springs, Tuscarawas County. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position offering a salary range of $124,397 to $180,000 annually, and it requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.

What This Role Involves

As a senior Project Management Analyst 5, you will oversee mission-critical initiatives within our Warfare Systems business group—a division specializing in cyber and mission IT infrastructure, electronic warfare capabilities, and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. You'll operate at a strategic level, managing complex programs that directly support national defense objectives. Travel of 11–25% is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program management strategies and execution plans for large-scale, multi-discipline initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination across business units and customer organizations
• Monitor program performance against established metrics, schedules, and budgets; identify and mitigate risks
• Manage technical and programmatic trade-offs; drive decisions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports and briefings for leadership and customer stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization within assigned programs

What We're Looking For

• Active TS/SCI security clearance (required)
• Senior-level project management experience in the defense, aerospace, or related technology sector
• Demonstrated expertise managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar programs
• Strong understanding of cyber, mission IT, electronic warfare, or C5ISR environments
• Proficiency with program management tools, methodologies, and best practices (PMI/PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, systems management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
