Director, Cloud GTM Finance

Role Overview

This leadership position sits at the intersection of finance and cloud market strategy, shaping how Crusoe monetizes and scales its vertically integrated AI infrastructure business. You'll own the financial architecture supporting cloud GTM initiatives, from pricing and cost analysis to revenue modeling and strategic financial planning that enables aggressive growth in the competitive AI infrastructure space.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for cloud product offerings, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and competitive positioning
• Build detailed financial forecasts, P&L management, and business case analyses supporting cloud GTM expansion and product launches
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering leadership to align pricing, cost structure, and revenue targets with market opportunities
• Analyze customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and unit economics to optimize cloud GTM efficiency and profitability
• Create financial dashboards and reporting frameworks that inform weekly and monthly business reviews for executive leadership
• Lead budget planning, headcount forecasting, and resource allocation for cloud finance and go-to-market functions

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in financial planning, management, or analysis, with 5+ years in director-level or equivalent leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise building GTM financial models and pricing strategies for infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS products
• Mastery of financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication skills: ability to translate complex financial analysis into executive-ready insights
• Experience scaling financial operations and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (MBA or relevant certification a plus)
