About the Role
As a Relationship Executive in Diversified Industries, you'll be the primary strategic advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate clients in targeted sectors. You'll work across multiple business units—commercial banking, investment banking, capital markets, and our Financial Sponsors group—to deliver integrated solutions that address clients' most complex financing, advisory, and strategic needs.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and board-level decision makers in capital goods, transportation, logistics, and equipment manufacturing sectors
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through relationship development and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with investment banking, commercial lending, and financing partners to structure comprehensive solutions tailored to client objectives
- Expand existing relationships by introducing new products, services, and capabilities from across the firm
- Partner with the Financial Sponsors team to source and execute transactions within your relationship network
- Lead relationship reviews, develop strategic plans for key accounts, and ensure exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of relationship development and business expansion in industrial, manufacturing, or transportation sectors
- Executive-level communication and networking skills with ability to influence across senior management
- Deep knowledge of financing, capital structure, and banking solutions for mid-to-large corporate clients
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units and geographies
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated success building and managing a client portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
