This Project Management Analyst 3 position sits within the All-Domain Operations (ADO) business group, part of HII Mission Technologies. ADO brings together multi-domain operations, platforms, and logistics expertise to deliver solutions across the defense landscape. As a mid-level analyst based in Virginia Beach, you will help drive program execution, keeping complex initiatives organized, on schedule, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, tracking, and reporting activities across All-Domain Operations programs.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables to keep efforts moving forward on time.
• Compile, analyze, and present program performance data to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify risks and remove obstacles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance is required for this role.
• Mid-level experience in project management, program analysis, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a defense-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as program needs dictate.
