What You'll Do
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract real estate professionals to Portal
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, interviews, and relationship-building conversations with prospective agents
- Host recruiting events, information sessions, and training workshops that showcase Portal and build community interest
- Build clear onboarding pathways and success milestones for newly recruited agents
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-productivity to optimize the agent acquisition process
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure recruited agents receive ongoing support and resources
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting, building talent pipelines, or managing agent or sales onboarding in real estate or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you can build genuine rapport and persuade through authentic conversation
- Ability to think strategically about growth while executing recruiting activities and events
- Experience with or enthusiasm for event planning and hosting to engage prospective talent
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously
- Genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to helping agents build successful careers
