Role Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the application and move-in process. This position is essential to our leasing operations, where your expertise in property features, pricing, and lease terms directly impacts occupancy rates and revenue for the communities you support. You'll work in a collaborative, face-to-face environment where your interpersonal skills and market knowledge are valued daily.

Core Duties

• Conduct property tours and present available floor plans, amenities, and community features to prospects
• Qualify prospective residents based on income, credit, and rental history requirements
• Process lease applications, verify credentials, and coordinate move-in procedures
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and leasing activity in property management systems
• Meet occupancy and revenue targets through proactive follow-up and relationship building
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits during office hours

Who We're Looking For

• Proven customer service or sales experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or hospitality
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with property management software and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple leasing processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
• Must be able to work scheduled hours on-site at our Red Oak location
