As Product Marketing Lead at Duolingo, you'll own the marketing strategy for key product initiatives, translating complex education technology into messages that resonate with learners worldwide. You'll be at the intersection of product, strategy, and creative execution—building campaigns that educate and inspire while measuring what works and iterating boldly.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for major product launches and feature releases
• Create compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate Duolingo in competitive markets
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align market insights with roadmap decisions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Track campaign performance, analyze user behavior data, and optimize based on facts and learnings
• Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns to life

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product marketing experience at a technology company, preferably in consumer or education tech
• Proven track record developing and launching successful go-to-market campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—you can explain complex products simply
• Experience collaborating effectively across product, design, engineering, and business teams
• Self-directed mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experimental environment
• Enthusiasm for education and passion for Duolingo's mission to make learning accessible
